automatic torrent tracker on a website

I need someone to create a code for me that will allow any torrents listed on an RSS feed to be updated automatically in realtime on my website. An example of that I want is located right here: http://animesuki.com. Notice how all the torrents were released from another website via RSS feeds and how it is automatically updated on their ([login to view URL]) frontpage. For example, if this group -> [login to view URL] released one of their torrents on that website, it would automatically be added to my site, along with any skins or templates I provide it with. I also want to be able to add as many RSS feeds as possible making my site an index of torrents in the anime category. Another feature I want is when the torrents are listed, I want it listed in tables such as... ____________________________________________________ ||FILENAME || SIZE || UL || DL || TRANSFERED DATA || ...(as you will see on the above example url). Also, whenever you click on the filename, it will not start downloading the torrent, but simply to redirect the user to the page in which the torrent was released originally. I do not want to host any torrents on my server at all, it will simply be a website full of links to other torrent sites. In addition, if there is a website in which it does not have an RSS feed, I want to be able to add torrents to my list manually. Please ask questions as I want this project completed thorough.
