Desktop Weather Adaptation

This is an adaptation of the "Desktop Weather" application distributed with the book "Visual Basic 2005 Instant Results" or available at [login to view URL] to provide editing and local data save/load. The save/load function would persist the XML generated by the program in a local file and optionally load that file when the program starts. The edit function would provide an edit interface similar to the view interface already in the program. Options would be available through combo boxes and/or text boxes, depending on the field. ## Deliverables Values of items such as sky conditions will be provided by combo boxes -- the same Enum will work for all similar values. There will need to be free-text entry in some places other than the temperatures and wind speeds. I have the local data save/load already working, and will supply a copy of the source code and the generated XML file. Final XML produced by editing must match field names and have proper expiration times, etc. The web page interface that will consume the XML for display is already complete and expects the file to remain as formatted.
