Creation of a Dreamweaver Template based on a CorelDraw ArtWork

I want the creation of a DreamWeaver Template so that I use it to build an entire site. The template will be based on a CorelDraw ArtWork that I provide. You can download it to check it. The Corel File contains text with greek characters. I can provide help with what saying even though understanding it is not essential to building the web template. The template needs to have a header, vertical navigation bar where I'll put buttons, main text area with picture place and a footer. You have to use the artwork in the corel so the template is LIKE the corel artwork, but I want your talent on web design art work so the result is a nice template. I would like to see some sample work of yours. The template would be nice if was based mainly on CSS. The template should be tested by you to work on all browsers (IE, Netscape, Opera, FireFox, Safari). If you need to use Fireworks to build the template, I would like to have the fireworks .png as well. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
