Create template for Movable Type blog

I need a template created for my Blog. I am using Movable Type Blog software so any experience coding for this type software is an advantage.

The template will be used for 4 pages:

1. the main page (where you will have to integrate the Movable Type code)

2. the bio page (this will just be a simple HTML page where I can edit the content)

3. the links page (where I can add reciprocal links)

4. the contact page (where I have my contact information)

You will need to work within the Movable Type administration office and make reference to the Movable Type user manual (<[url removed, login to view]>). The template requires CSS Style Sheets so you will have to create these as well.

Please see attachment for a more detailed instruction of what I am looking for.

This is a very simple job for somebody that knows what they’re doing.

## Deliverables

· Add a header to the top of the template (I will provide a sample header for you to use for now, and I will replace the header later)

· The Blog entries must function correctly within the template

· Add Autodiscovery to index.html. See attachment

· Syndicate this site using the following feed:

<[url removed, login to view]>- this section must be exactly the same as the syndication section at <[url removed, login to view]>

· Subscription form at the top of the template and subscription form in the right hand column of the template (subscriptions will be hosted with AWeber ??" and when somebody enters their details a confirmation window pops up… the user can then close the window and remain on the same page ??" you will have to change the redirect section of the code). See attachment.

· All external links (links to other sites) must open in a new window

· Google Adsense in the right hand side column. See attachment

· Google Adsense at the bottom of the page. See attachment.

· “Support this blog?? with PayPal in the right hand side column (like <[url removed, login to view]>) ??" include ‘buy Alex a bottle of wine’ and use the “make a donation button??. See attachment.

· Include ‘Search Blog’ like at <[url removed, login to view]>with Google Search box. Search box must pull links from the website. See attachment.

· Recent posts, Categories and Archives must be included in the right hand side column

· Recommended resources section with links in the right hand column

· There must be links at the top of the right hand side column for Contact, Bio & Links

· The links must link to HTML pages where the content can be edited by me (all pages must use the same CSS

· I require instructions on how to edit the content on the Contact, Bio and Links pages

· Google Adsense code must be at the top

· The layout of the template must be as stated in attachment follows (also view the attachment for visual instructions)
