Coupon Website

We're looking to build an "exclusive" coupon site where people can register if they correctly answer a few simple quiz questions that identify them as part of a specific market niche (e.g. you went to a certain high school or college, or you live in a certain area). Once they "pass" the few-question quiz, they'll be able to register and login to view the coupons. The coupons will be images and hyper-links, and we'll need a basic CMS to be able to upload photos, descriptions, affiliate links, and tag them with categories. Members need to be able to use a search bar to find coupons by category (such as "food" "travel"etc.) and then see a results page with matching coupons. ## Deliverables * * *This broadcast message was sent to all bidders on Monday Mar 29, 2010 10:19:17 AM: I'm clarifying a feature requirement since I was unclear in the bid request: We need to be able to dynamically add/edit quiz questions and set "tiers" of quiz questions answered (i.e. if you answer 1 question, you can access Type A coupons, if you answer 3, you can access Type A and Type B, if you answer 5 you can access Types A, B, and C). We need to be able to classify coupons into tiers via the CMS as we add them. I realize that this is an additional level of complexity from what I initially specified.
