I need to make a certain area at the top of a page to be static - i.e. when the user scrolls down, this section should not scroll away but remain at the top of the page. The page is at [login to view URL] and the CSS is at [login to view URL] Only the CSS needs to be modified to achieve the desired results. The solution should be browser compatible with Firefox 1.5.x to 1.2.x, IE 6, IE7, Opera, Safari. ******* Update: I want the "navigation" div to stay at the top. It consists of a few tabs and search boxes. Also, using frames is not an option for me. This needs to be handled at a CSS level.
