This is a special project because its not just a wordpress-driven masterpiece, this system will have a property listing tool and console for users to create and manage property listings, while normal users can browse / search the listings and contact the sellers. The development for this system will be done during and after the theme is created. The theme will be used as the basis for the main website and for different elements within the property listing system. The theme needs to be complex for advanced in-page formatting of pages and posts. A more precise layout needs to be created for pages and the sections within page groups. The sidebar will differ between different pages, for instance each main content page will have sub-page navigation menu on the top right of the sidebar. Specific deliverables below ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Other menus here will include: ‘toolbox’, ‘blog latest posts’ -Build the theme in provision of the Property Listing system that will be an add-on being developed inline with out theme.
