We need to create a new theme for this website...

We have designed it. we need you to set up the site on our hosting - all details to be provided by us.
Create the new theme which will include
- Implement the light box for initial visit only with blue state digital collect details form
- Integrate the correct elements neatly with Blue State Digital for CRM (the current site already has this)
- Make sure all the forms and content work properly
- Make sure all the existing content works in the new theme.
- When adding content the user should be able to select which category it appears in and if it should be featured on the homepage
- All the new categories will need to be set up - see homepage section and footer.
I have attached the design as a pdf.
Notes and psds will be provided.
