A coder needed for creating PHP scripts

We need a script that has creates wordpress users, it should have an interface with the following features : 1- It should create a username based on the email of the user (that we put in), for example, I will put in the email , the chosen username should be 123456. 2- It should randomly pick the password by itself. 3- It should have the ability to send the login info to the registered user in a certain format which will be given to the coder. 4- We've added an expiration date feature a while ago that allows us to automatically suspend the accounts of users when they reach the expiration date, this data is stored in the table wp_usermeta, what we need now is for the script to create an expiration date for the user depending on the period of his membership, so when I pick the 12 days membership and it's the 10th of the month, the expiration date should be set to the 22nd of the month. 5- The script should be protected and only accessible to admins already logged in the wordpress.
