Customize an WooCommerce Store

I am building a WooCommcerce shop but I have a few requirements that are causing me problems.
1: The shop should NOT display prices, BUT I want the cart and buying process to be in place. The customer needs to be able to put products in the cart and finish the buying process
2: The shop should NOT to display images.
3: The shop needs to list ALL products on the shop overview page ([login to view URL]) in a list that includes product variables (see [login to view URL])
Ad 1 Pricing: The prices needs to be removed from all shop pages, including, but not limited to:
/shop
/product/
/cart
/account
/checkout
Top menu drop down
All client facing emails
I have been able to find a few places where the shop displayed prices and comment them out, but I am far from finished (for instance /cart has no prices).
Ad 2: With the images removed from e.g. /product I need a few .css changes to make the page look good.
Ad 3: Product overview: I need the product overview page to list all products in a list that looks like final.jpg. The page MUST includes variables. There is an option to use the plugin called "Display products" that will take you some of the way to creating a nice looking list. The "Display product" plugin will create a list that will make the product overview page look like original.jpg. If you choose NOT to use the plugin, I am fine with that as well.
Note: There is no need for the customer to see the individual product pages, so all links from e.g. /cart should be removed.
If you choose the accept the job, I will provide you with design templates in .jpg format for all pages that are involved in the project.
