Create a jQuery Autocomplete Plugin for Gravity Forms which can handle big data sets

The plugin should be inserted to the form by a drag and drop field in the gravity forms backend.
I want to tell plugin where exactly to look up the mySQL database, with that function I have more flexibility.
The autocomplete jquery has to be rockstable and able to handle very big data sets (up to 2 million entries).
I want to configure the max amount of entries shown during the autocomplete process in the plugin.
The autocomplete process should be super fast, I dont want long delay
The Plugin shoul work like this.
I want to have an extra type of field in Gravity Forms backend. With that button I can insert the autocomplete field. The autocomplete field should be configurable (I want the mySQL/Database source to be changable and the maximum amount of shown entries)
