Amending Geo-Captcha & Geo-Blacklist plugin

My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.4.1, using the theme Weaver 2.2.6 with many customization done by programmers. I have installed the plugin Amending Geo-Captcha & Geo-Blacklist plugin [login to view URL] This plugin allows to define countries which do not have to fill in Captcha for commenting. I installed the plugin on a test site. You can see it at the bottom of a post at [login to view URL] I want 3 fixes to this plugin: 1. The captch image does not show. It has to show. 2. The text: "Please insert the signs in the image:" should be replaced with Hebrew text I will supply. 3. The field where the captcha has to be entered should have the same size and location as the name and email fields of the comment form. 4. The field does not close on the left. It has to close.. The work will be done on a test site, and when successful done on a live site. The work should be done in 24 hours after being awarded the project. Freelancer should allow 7 days for testing after he finishes his work, before getting paid.
