A Type of Screensaver/notes utility

Hi, I am reposting this because the previous reqirement for Delphi is not needed, [although it would be helpful to have the small user interface that way, it will not be required for this job]. I need a program that will show, as one option, the desktop of a user's computer without the icons and taskbar showing. In other words, just the wallpaper, for a kind of "blank" desktop view. Please see enclosed screensaver as example. In addition to this, the application has to have options to display a very simple full page view of a lined page for writing notes, like a "to-do list", or just any notes really. With a calendar in the upper right of the page. The options will be accessed by pressing a single key [the Windows List key] on the keyboard. Each press of the key will "cycle through" to the next option. Please see enclosed images for the [Windows List] key I am referring to. A third option will be to display a wallpaper image other than the user's default wallpaper. A fourth option will display the desktop as it really is, even if there are windows open at the time. Note: you can do this if necessary by minimizing open windows. A settings mechanism will contain checkboxes for each option, so that one to four options can be selected. Also needed, a timer that will automatically turn on the "blank" desktop, or the alternate wallpaper image, after a set time. ## Deliverables Deliverables: All deliverables must be uploaded to Rent A Coder before the deadline(s) for this project...with no exceptions. If this contract makes it impossible for a competent person to do this, then do not start this project...but instead alert Rent A Coder of an un-arbitratable, illegal project. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
