Design a website template

I have more than sufficient programming knowledge for my new site, but I am horrible at designing the "look and feel". For this project, I would like someone to design a template for a site offering relationship advice. The design should be professional in nature and very versatile (lots of room for forms, reports, or articles) for the various interactive tools I intend to build on the site. Other requirements: * Prominent location to place 4 text-based Google ads (horizontal or vertical, doesn't matter). And by 4, I mean, 1 bar with 4 ads on it, not 4 bars. :) * NO Flash allowed. * Site will be targetted towards men and women so resist the urge to design a "girlie" site. * I prefer the three-column layout, like having the menu on the left, and stats/news/other on the right, main content in the middle. User-Friendly is KEY! ## Deliverables 1) Complete Photoshop (if created in Photoshop) raw image data (for ease in future edits) 2) Template must be spliced and HTML created for re-assembly of spliced images/layout, following current HTML standards for cross-browser compatibility. All HTML code, images, and source should be provided to me in a .zip or .[login to view URL] file. Please include a text file informing me of which fonts were used to create the template. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Should be cross-browser compatible, most specifically Internet Explorer 5.0+, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, etc. on Windows, Apple, and Linux/Unix/Sun machines.
