Delphi File Backup Functions needed

Hello Everybody! I need help with writing of 2 main functions: 1. BackUpFile(src,dst:string) 2. RestoreBackUp(src,dst:string) This should take about 1-2 hours for expirienced coder. Function should be able to copy ANY file from source to destination with replacing, inluding files that are owned by system processes. Typical example is coping of [login to view URL] If restoring cannot be done without restarting of system, then function for making it be replaced after rebooting should be provided. All other functions that will be used by these also should be provided in source. Estimated price for project 10-15 USD. Functions source should be compartiable with Delphi 7 IDE and run on WIN 98-XP. Only coder who will provide working simple demo-exe will be chosen. So please bid only if You can provide such demo at a moment and source just in 24h time after winning.
