DNS issue with Windows 2003 Server

Hello, I am in desperate need a DNS Windows Server 2003 /Exchnage guru. I am trying to configure Outlook web access, everything works fine except for the externally, so it has to be a DNS issue. We have Outlook web acces set up and it works fine internally through the LAN, but from outside the network, it desn't not work. I have tried everything I know to fix it. I need someone that can remote in and take a look at the DNS records and see what it wrong. We want the name to resolve to mail.orthotechnology.com. both inside and out. This use to work, now it is not. I can provide all remote info connection and all passwords to access firewall, it is a sonicwall firewall and you can make any and all changes necessary to get this to work. I can provide all ip addressed including MX record IP and and any others. I will be available throughout the project constantly either by phone, IM or via RAC messageingl Please help as soon as possible.
