DLL/COM application development

We have a current web application that has a windows based DLL/COM application that allows for management of files on the webserver (products, inventory, status, etc) This application in its current state is very non user friendly and we would like to add more functionality to it. We will provide source for the application under strict NDA only! Functionality that we are looking at is to add, importing of CSV, or Tab Delimited files, possible drag and drop, and another project addition could be to re-write the application all together and make it cross platform. Our main objective of this current project is too increase usability and some minor functions, and add branding to the application with a better User experiance. **NOTE** Do not bid on this if you dont read it, if we get automated responses we automaticly will black list you from any of our bid request. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
