Create TreeView using VirtualTreeView on a TGlobe application

Modify a Program that uses TGlobe version 5 and a treeview to represent the layers on the globe. The existing application uses a decendant of TTreeView. The program will need to be modifed to use VirtualTreeView from [login to view URL] The sample program is included in the TGlobe 5 installation package called "LayerTree". The finished product should be able to do the following: 1. The tree will be populated based on the Globes Layers and presenters. 2. The tree structure will look like the structure in the sample program. 3. The sample program does not have the ability to add layers or presenter, so this will have to be added by a popup menu. 4. The Tree will also use checkboxes. Each checkbox will turn of and on the visibility of the layer. No checkboxes will only be used for layers. 5. The tree will implement drag and drop features as in the sample application. A complete list of details and another sample program will be provided at bid acceptance. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
