Clientside app Shutdown leased Desktop

This software will be used by my company to encourage customer to make payment by shuting down PC. Here are the requirements - I'm open to others The software needs to 1. Must Run undetected or from a Secure Digital card If ran from SD card program must make PC un-useable if the card is removed from the slot. 2. Program must show a custom logo and alert when PC starts up - Warning that the Asset is not for resale and shows my contact info. 3. It must be extremely difficult for the PC to operate without the program running 4. Program must phone home to see if the desktop is valid. (every 7 day or every 30 days) This function should be based on a internal timer that I can set for 7 days or 30 days. If timer has expired the following actions need to happen. 5. Program must check for internet connection if not found program should alert user that a connection is required. Program should make PC un-useable until connection is made. 6. Program must lookup a unique code specific to the PC in my database. If status code = “Current?? then reset timer and allow user to continue. If status code = “Warn?? Show user an alert stating payment is due and PC will be deactivated if payment is not made in three days, add 3 days to timer so PC will check back If status code = "Deact" Display a message for 3 min stating payment is required and PC can't be used until payment is made. ## Deliverables Please include what programming language you will use.
