Buy/Sell Stock Market Signals Based On Given Criteria

I have a technique to find cycles in the stock market. These are time cycles that repeat themselves. I need a program that can read stock market data and then plot a time cycle for me. For example, if I have identified a 12 week cycle, I want the program to notify me every 12 weeks that there is a cycle count expiring that week. I also want the program to divide the high or low price that week by, in this example, 12. Each stock has multiple cycles, so there may be 20 cycles that this program will follow for each stock, with each stock having cycles that are of different duration. I also want the program to take the range of movement between selected highs and lows and tell me what the movement of points in, which in turn can be divided by a number that I enter, in other words, the program has a space for me to enter a value that will divide the range of movement I described above by a value I choose. I would like the program to have a graphical interface so I can see the plot of the chart and the marked cycles, and I would like it to print out a daily report of what cycles are expiring that day and that week. There would be daily, weekly and monthly charts that the program would follow and plot cycles on. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
