Box Image for web page

I need a box image created just like the one shown on here for a software app. The box needs to be just a little taller and wider than the one shown. I can resize down if needed. Ignore the start on the box. The title of the box should be LetterCAM. The logo to put to the left of the title should be something like included in the image. Like a grid in light lines for a cad program and the letter A just outlines in the blue color shown. The middle of the box should be a board of wood as shown in the attached image. The image shows exactly what to do for it. ADDED: Angle the wood to fill the whole center area of the box so there is no background. And than have the letter A in the center with the bit cutting. I want the letter A to be large and not small. Then at the bottom have the text - LetterCAM CNC Router Software I am on a very tight budget so unfortunetly if your bid is high I will have to pass on it. I have more boxes ot be created if I can find someone to do them good at the right price. Final output can be BMP, GIF or JPG. I need this soon so only bid if you can do it right now. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
