Box Image Needed for software

I need a box imaged created similar to the ones shown on this posting. The title in large letters should be Capture MySpace with Capture on top and MySpace below it. And have a magnifying glass over a monitor or something related. below the title with some graphic design to the rest. I want a blue theme color for the box. And the image needs to be about 300 pixels width and aspect ratio for the height whatever it should be. And prefer the box im BMP and whatever source you have such as PSD format. The format should be the same as the boxes shown with the shape and title. The bottom part of the box should say Capture All Activity On [login to view URL] and have that in two lines like the others. PLEASE only bid if you can do a box image just like these in good quality. If you have a mockup or example to show, then you can include with the bid. Reasonable bids only please. More work will follow if it looks good. I need this soon also.
