C++ Application to generate simple Flash Files

This is a very simple project for a programmer who knows what they are doing

**Application needs to be developed with Borland C++ Builder 6 using Borland's cross platform libraries (if any) so that from a single source code a Linux application can be compiled using Kylix

We need an application which generates simple flash files that redirects a visitor to a specific URL.

IMPORTANT: The redirect destination needs to be INSIDE the flash file and CANNOT be in legible text.

A search engine robot should not be able to interpret and index what is inside the generated file this is CRUCIAL.

The GUI will be clean and simple,

The inputs will be:

-file name (type one OR process a list of file names)

-destination URL (type OR process a list of destination URLs)

The destination URL can either be a relative or absolute link

If a batch of files is generated by using a list in a txt file, then browse to folder where the txt file which you want to use is located and select that file.

(program should remember to open the file browser where the last txt file was located that was used)

-place to save the file(s) once it has been generated (browse to destination folder)

When a batch of files is generated from a list, the txt file which contains the list will have one file name and one destination URL per line separated by a comma or a tab.

When file is generated and saved in a folder, warn the user before overwriting (overwrite, overwrite all, skip)

Make sure that when an invalid file name would be created from a line in a list file that is being processed that it gets elegantly dealt with.

Apart from an application with a simple GUI we also need to have this code in a form which is easy to integrate into other applications.

3) separate component with documentation on how to integrate the functionality and code into other applications (without the GUI)
