Microsoft Access report used for stock take valuation. Report grouped by stock code. Need a calculated expression in stock code footer section, and same in category footer and report footer. Expression would be value from detailed section minus **sum total** from another field. The result of this calculation would then be used in the stock code footer section to multiply this value by the average stock price. This answer would only include values > 0. Also need filter to hide stock_code footer section if this result if zero. On report header I would like to display the date runtime query value. All dates are UK format (dd/mm/yy) Database is Access 2002. Would prefer solution without AccessVB code (so I can adapt it) but if there is no other way [login to view URL] ok. Would like project complete within 24 hours. Field details in stock code footer: SumTransQty = sum(TransQty) NetStock= QTY_IN_STOCK -(SumTransQty) Valuation = NetStock* AVERAGE_COST_PRICE Looks simple but is taking me ages to figure out...
