We require rendered (top quality 16 bit cartoony style) graphics for a card game we are producing, the game area is 800x600 pixels and we require the following graphics:
1. Title/Menu page (see [[login to view URL]][1] games for example of quality of the title/menu page we require)
2. Main game background, eg. table or something really cool with areas for points system, deck of cards, timer and scoring (some of which should be both highlighted and non-highlighted)
3. Hi-Score leaderboard background
4. Set of 52 Playing Cards + Joker card (full design cards, with proper queens etc., and also mini versions with just a single HEART, DIAMOND, SPADE or CLUB in centre with a small version top left with the number next to it)
5. Back of playing cards, based on traditional card backs but in various different colours (eg. Red and Blue)
6. Hand names (Pair, Two Pairs, Three of a Kind, Straight, Flush, Full House, Four of a Kind, Straight Flush & Royal Flush. each with a 3D animation)
7. Timer (3D animated timer similar to a clock however split into segments and each segment turns off for each timer countdown)
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
