There is an existing system which is polling for XML files to be processed. As a result the existing system will remove the input fie and creates a XML result file. Thsi existing swystem will not be changed.

Subject of the new software is a user interface which allows a user to enter the input data in a convinient way at a graphical user interface and the new software will transform this into the XML input file for the existing system. As soon as the result is available, the new software will read the XML result file and will present the result data at the user interface screen.

The new user interface software will have to maintain a configuration file where the output of data elements can be configured.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as specified in a separate specification document

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Windows XP and Windows 2000 are the target systems

Sources must be compilable and linkable with Microsoft visual c++ or Microsoft Visual Basic
