I am looking to get a web site done with all the same functionality of (bid a builder . com) take a look at it and get all the functionality from that. other requirements: posting projects should be done: 1- only text so they are bad word filtered and then automatically approved 2- sent to a approving section that an admin can look at and approve posted projects go to contractors thru sms and email and this has to be validated in sign up and also can be updated later on by the contractor for contractors or clients pay subscriptions fee monthly or yearly after this site is up and running with a good base of users. this needs to be automatically adjustable for zip codes of the contractors I would like to use openX for ad management All source code will be provided to me after developer has completed the project and I reserve the copyright ownership to the source code after this I will want to know how to backup the data base that this runs on for disaster recovery if needed. I would like this done in .php and mysql. DB and web server will be different machines. of course there will have to be an admin section to have control over the site and users and a trouble ticket section. I would like to have in a chatt option to display if someone needs help. SEO to help get this on the internet i would like the code to me zend optimized for security ability for contractor to pay extra to have their own small site within my site to show off what they have done. 3-6 month support after release
