Hi,
I am still having failures during the checkout process. when a client fills out the credit card section and then hits the place order button it is failing due to Internet Explorer security settings. this has happened over 6 times now. I am losing business.
spoke with the volusion tech and they found several calls to non secure pages, missing backslash, and a call being made to google that is using an old version of java. this is causing IE to prevent the payment going thru. volusion tech said all their stuff is good, merchant gateway never sees the payment and no issue on gateway side. that only leaves the browser as the issue with non secure calls and old java. I have had orders fail using IE8, IE9 and Chrome. usually firefox has always worked.
1. clean up code so there are no non secure calls, check for missing slashes, make sure the java is a current version. make it so there will be no security issues with browsers when purchasing.
[login to view URL] new home page graphics. (please start on code clean up and I will create an example of the graphic I am thinking about.) it will be very similar to the current graphic.
3. create hyperlinks to things like a credit application. (I will provide the docs and location to hyperlink this weekend.)
most important thing is to start the code clean up and make sure there are no security issues. I will get the example graphic and the docs over the weekend.
Thanks,
Phillip
