banner control mods

We need an expert coder with good knowledge of JavaScript and PHP to modify the existing installation of our banner which was purchased and installed as a kind of testing but needs now configured as per attached mock-up. The form for controlling the banner from the admin section is created already. All the control parameters in the admin section must work properly and must be tested. The task involves also the uploading of images and inserting into the existing database which is used for display of the banner including thumbnail creation. Besides some PHP you should have good JavaScript knowledge. full FTP will be provided but no CP. timeframe: urgent (A.S.A.P.) Please note the attached mock-up is for guidance only and some initiative needs to be applied by the coder.
