I need to have a site developed the functions like a online directory. Basically it needs to allow users to: Register Free, upgrade to premium listings, have member pages with info like company name, address, phone, web address, services etc..and and small photos (portfolio).
Admin features will be: email to all users, manage billing, add, edit and delete users etc. Also would like a banner ad program to advertise and rotate banners.
Need to have site search tool, by city and state if possible.
