Custom website with full admin area

Hi

I want a fully customised website to sell mobile phones as an affiliate, also phone accessories and broadband. The site must be fully workable from an admin area. Have a data base and a search system.

Contracts -When adding the contract information together I will need at least the following fields - Network, Monthly Price, Contract Length, Minutes, Texts and Phone Cost.

When creating writing for pages and adverts I want it similar to Microsoft Word where you can change font, font colours and size, also, ability to insert hyper links.

A search on admin area.

Type a slogan at the top of each page below company logo.

Edit All Pages and ability to move page information around and design as required.

When creating a package I want to have a click menu to create this.

EXAMPLE - I want click button or equivalent that adds all the information together and then saves it for the customers search. If I have phones saved and all the different contracts. When creating the package a menu of phone would appear. If I select a set phone another menu will appear that I can select the required networks contract. This will then save the information for the customers search. Then when I create a package with another network I can add in same way. The reason for this is basically speed for me building my data base for searches so I don’t have to add the description for the same phone for different networks each time.

I will also need to add an external link to an affiliate programmes set page on the ‘buy’ key.

Once I have all this information in my data base and I am adding a phone as a promotion advert on my site I want to be able to have a menu that I click the required phone picture and this automatically creates part of the ad. Add a title. Similar as above workings.

I want to have templates that I can create adverts deals and input these where require on chosen pages - Left side, right site, centre, full width, half width. These will grow to the required size of the information added or by a set size I require. I will need the ability to add picture of phone if required. Also the ability to add a photo as a background on these advert boxes or colour the ad box as required.

A set advert template with picture upload, monthly price, texts and minutes. For the customer they will see the photo. For the customer viewing the site the writing on these adverts Monthly Price, Texts and minutes will be of a promotional look, (different colour, bold and font) the inputted information as normal site writhing.

If I delete anything from the site I want a deleted items area. Here I can then permanently delete or restore.

SEARCH SYSTEM

How I want my search box to look. I would want this search displayed on all pages.

Select Network

Select Manufacture

Select Phone

All to have the ability to search all items by ‘Any’

How I want my search to display results.

List cheapest ‘contract price’ first, then keeping these results alphabetically by phone manufacture and make. What I mean is if there is 10 Contract at £15, 20 Contracts at £17 and so on. They will display all £15 phones first then alphabetically by manufacture and make. So a £15 Nokia contracts would list higher than £15 sharp. All would list before £17 contracts.

How I want the initial full search to be listed - Phone picture, Network, Monthly Price, Contract Length, Minutes, Texts, Phone Cost and Logo of network. Then a brief description with the option of ‘more’, more will be a link to the full description of the phone.

On the full phone description I want a phone features button.

Phone Features

This will be a click on button on the full description page. If the customer clicks the button it will appear as a smaller box like a pop up. If you look at the following site and do a hotel search then click onto a hotel name from this search. I want this information to appear in this type of idea. [login to view URL] .

I like the layout of the following sites search on a set prosuct. [login to view URL] .

When customers have done a search I want them to have the ability to change their search around. What I mean is click to put in order of cheapest, by network, by amount of free minutes and texts, free gifts. I have added a link (this is a holiday site but you can see what I mean if you do a search) [login to view URL]

If a customer selects a phone only in a search I want all price tariffs with all networks/companies available for this phone to show.

I then want a more detailed search page which we will call 'contract search' with pull down bars to search the following information. Phone Make, Network/Company, Description, Minutes, Texts, Price up to, Free Gift. Also in this search box a field for 'Any’, this should be the standard default for the search page.

All products etc listed alphabetically on all pull down menu.

A Broadband and accessories search to work in a similar way to phone search. The broadband and accessories searches will have their own search pages and will not appear in the phone search and vice versa.

I like some of the features in [login to view URL] search listed. However I want my site to have its own identity.

Site Free from bugs etc

All pages to be search engine friendly.

An automatic site map updated

I want the customer to be able to sign up for offers, newsletter etc. Also, be able to email customers deals, newsletter etc.

I basically need this site to be easy to use for the webmaster and the customer.

Obviously there will be some alterations and ideals from us both, but we can discuss this as we go along. I am open to all ideals and programme options.
