The ideal candidate and potential hire is someone who will be capable of programming a database driven web site from initial concept and graphic design files through to a fully functional public release. To begin you are asked to translate the design direction provided to produce a proposal for implementation which includes a timeline with milestones from which a scope of work is clarified. The proposal should include the implementation with core functionality enabled as a significant milestone that is initially hosted remotely. Afterwards all site work will be hosted on the assigned domain. Concerning the fee structure, it is also crucial that the candidate be able to produce all the work for a set fee, all inclusive.
