Creative Website needed to be built. Creative designer neede

I need a website built for my business which is launching soon so i need someone who i will have contact with and will give me what I want. It is for a revolutionary nail art business that we are launching in shopping centres, events, mobile business all across the UK. I need a creative designer that can create me a nice and simple website that shows what our business does, make it look really nice and irresistible, where our businesses iare located, also promote our mobile business which we attend events, parties etc. I will need the designer to be able to search for pictures and creative a nice rough version of the website using information i provide them from a document i send to them, copies of leaflets i already have designed and also from a website that does a similar kind of thing but for feet (but i would need my site to look much more professional than that site - [login to view URL]). I will need only a few pages on the site - Home, Locations, Testimonials, News, Contact us The winning designer MUST be able to speak english well and I as Im based in the UK, i will need to be able to speak to the designer by Skype or telephone so that I can easily put over what is needed (initial contact will be by email and Skype). I need a designer who will understand what I want done. if the designer is able to provide what I need in a professional manner and do a professional job, I will be able to bring them much more jobs from myself and others I know. I need them to provide a creative input and also the winner must be able to possible make pictures i may send them look nice and professional by editing them so that it can be used on the site. I will REPEAT that I need a professional website that will look attractive to kids and adults. I will need unlimited revisions as it needs to be perfect as after the mock design by the designer I will be able to tell them what to add and change but if the mock design looks absolutely unprofessional then I will be withdrawing the job and looking for someone else as I need a professional. I will need to be provided background access control to be able to change and add new things on the prices page and change prices, Add new locations to the location page, add new news and add new text and image to the home page. If you DO NOT feel you are up to this then please DO NOT bid on the job. I also need the complete site finished by the by the 4th November. I already have the domain name and hosting website also so I just need the site developed. Good luck
