Need to create a simple website for a company. Most likely we would need to choose a wordpress theme and customize it. Most graphic assets are ready. The website will include: 1. One page home screen in which the image and messages keep changing. 2. One section where all the media of the company can be downloaded e.g. PDF brochure, floor plans etc 3. Contact us section 4. Create color/font theme specific for our purpose The terms of the project will be A. Need project delivered in 2 days. B. Quotes above USD 50 will not be entertained. C. Full payment on delivery of the project D. Vendor must speak GOOD English and have a good design sense
