Create a website for Hiring Writers

We're looking for Complete website design with content. You'll have to write content, graphic work, etc. Site will be to Hire writers for blogs where users can sign up and apply for the post of writer. Users have to submit 2 Articles written on the topic chosen by writer from the given category/Niche Applications will be manually approved by admin. After writers approval they will be BADGE for their level, and points after every successful approved submission. After becoming the successful writer, They will have option to choose niche, site where they want to publish the article and Post writing panel. After formatting the article from writing panel they will submit the article for review, Admin will manually approve the article and publish to site OR send them to same writer for resubmission OR reject the Post (With comment) If post has been approved they will get posted on described site and writer will get point for successful post, that later can be converted to money they will receive. Admin will have option to add sites, category/niche, etc. site can be on any open source platform/Self CMS. TimeFrame: 10 Days MAX.
