Create a visually stunning dating site (web 2.0 look and feel)

Hello Freelancers. I am looking to hire somebody to build a very beautiful, full feature yet easy to use dating site. To give you some scope as to what i'd like to achieve here is a list of features i'd like built into the site. * Easy to use admin back office panel * All text and graphic modules easy to edit by admin * Ability to moderate all members, content * All photos to be approved after upload before appearing on site * web 2.0 stylized modules, graphics and images * Easy to use and navigate member interface and menus * Beautiful member profiles highlighted by large photo gallerys * Chat system very similar to facebooks * Easy to read threaded message inbox * Different access levels between non paying and paying male members (Limited access to chat and messaging for free members) * Free full access for all female members * Ability for members to send interest or favouritism to each other There are other features i'd liek but that covers some of the more notable ones. I have created a couple of mock up designs and i have my domain name and logo already. I'd certainly appreciate your input if you any however i'd like to stick close to my mock up in terms of design.
