I need a simple and plain static website as registration page for a conference. - registration form with less than 30 fields to fill out (drop down, date field with calendar pick, comments, radio buttons etc.; description of fields is available as Excel file) - after registration the user gets a confirmation page "thanks for your registration" if successfully sent - the user then gets a confirmation by mail with all the details entered - all registration details should go to a local csv file where the details are added to the existing entries (csv file with header line) - afterwards a confirmation with the last registration information and attached csv file will be sent to a predefined mail address
