Create a eCommerce horizontal design. using your choice

Hello everyone:) I need someone who can create me a clothing eCommerce store using whatever framework or cms. I already have logo. You must be fluent in PHP, HTML5, css3, mysql, codeignighter. I want a horizontal scrolling site like myspace.com. This is what I am looking for: - A responsive design eCommerce store compatible with all screen sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile, etc..) - Looking for a horizontal scrolling theme layout - Clean coding, lightweight website with heavy CSS5 and HTML5 (I am very strict on this, you must be clean with your code) - Custom effects and originality for elements of the website (The site must be unique with all its elements elegant and smooth) - Setup up payment gateway - Blog setup with theme of website - Multiple Language - Great customer checkout system - Gift Card setup, Social network integration, Search Engine Optimization, Discount Code system, Abandoned cart recovery etc.... I have elements and ideas of what I would like for specific parts of the store. Please, the website must be clean coded. It has to be heavy HTML5 and CSS3 designed. I would like all the best plugins that will make the most professional site out there. Please do not bid if your a, "0" rating.
