We need an admin tool to manage home page content.
Here is the CSS already built out.

All areas need a place in the admin to edit. There will be images as well as text.
Its very important that the person we hire pays attention to detail. it must look exactly like CSS page we have, but with the ablity to edit images and content in new admin. We don't want a WYSIWYG editor. So we will need Title text box, body text box, upload image, add dates, etc..
There will be 4 section in the admin
Home page slider
Home page Posts
Popular/Latest Posts
Daily Deals
The header and footer is static.
I would like a very nice admin panel to be used.
