Create a Joomla! Template From an Existing Website Design (work with existing files: PSD's, Logos, Graphics, HTML & CSS)

Thank you for looking at our Joomla template design/layout project. Here's a brief overview of the project: (for full project details please see the attached word doc or PM me for it) This project is for creating and designing a complete, professional, flexible, well designed template for our new Joomla! CMS v1.0.13 install. The template design & layout is to be based on an *existing* website design template we had made a few months back. The existing template contains existing graphics files to work with: PSD's, PHP, CSS, etc. The new Joomla template version must... - Use a CSS stylesheet - Run in Joomla as PHP pages - Be cross browser compatible: IE5+, FF2+, Opera 8+, Netscape 7+, Apple Mac Safari - Be usable on another install of Joomla! We have on another domain - so no hard coded absolute url's should be used, only relative URL's. - Be as flexible as possible so I can add modules, menu items, etc in the Joomla admin area and the template will accommodate them whilst retaining the template design. There are also a couple of very *simple* Joomla component/module installs/setups I need you to complete for me as my limited technical knowledge of Joomla has prevented me from being able to work out how to set them up for what I need (full details are in the attached word doc). **Important: While a website page design has already been designed & created for our brand, the original page design did not take in to account that the Joomla! CMS would be used for the backend of the final site. So, while a design already exists (Photoshop graphics file, static PHP and CSS files) the existing work will need to be heavily doctored and reworked to be compatible with and allow flexibility in Joomla. So, this project is NOT just a simple conversion of a design in to a Joomla template. I need someone to look at the existing template design and create a professional Joomla! version suitable for our needs from Joomla (see attached word doc for full requirments/details on our setup of Joomla). We are looking for an individual or company with a lot of experience working with Joomla templates & setup so please provide example URL's of Joomla design/layout work you have done in the past. This project will be a work for hire project and so a work for hire agreement will need to be signed and returned before any payments are sent.
