Convert single Twitter Bootstrap Theme--> Wordpress Theme

Hello, Attached is a simple Twitter Bootstrap based HTML/CSS theme. It has a single color scheme-- There is a single main color (Green) which is used just below top horizontal menu, and at bottom. While at top the menu options are in different colors. And the main background is white. I want you to convert the attached Twitter Bootstrap theme into Wordpress theme. Specifically, I want it to be converted into Wordpress theme for both Wordpress Front end and Wordpress backend. The front end theme should be separate, the back end theme should be a plugin--> that overrides the default admin theme. The admin options for the front end theme should basically allow me to specify colors for the main CSS elements--> the different colors used for top horizontal menu, colors for left vertical side menu, main background color, color for section at bottom, and section just below top horizontal menu, colors for pricing tables. And some other CSS elements as well. I already have a color/gradient picker with me--> in admin you have to show a list of CSS sections-- and a button next to each-- clicking on the button opens the color picker which is then used by me to select a new color/gradient-- my color/gradient picker automatically generates the CSS for the chosen color/gradient--> your plugin simply has to store the generated CSS in WP so that when next the website is opened--> the new CSS for that color/gradient is used to display the site. Similar to above, the plugin for admin template should also allow me to choose color/gradient with my custom color pciker Also, when a new version of Wordpress is released, your plugin (for backend) should check if there is any new CSS tag (in the admin of updated wordpress) that is not covered by your backend wordpress theme's CSS and show a list of all such CSS elements with their file name (name of CSS file) to me. This is quite simple work for a good designer and I expect bids of around $60-$70- not more than that. Yours sincerely, Arvind.
