Convert existing HTML website to Wordpress

A straightforward website, of a company representing internationally three groups of product brands, has to be converted to WORDPRESS in order to facilitate content maintenance. The website has the sections: Home, About Us, Represented Brand Groups (3), News, Events, Contact. > The News and the Events sections should allow for the insertion of a slider above the text of each post, whenever any post in these two sections requires illustration(s). The slider should eliminate the current way of pasting some pictures around post texts. Note the order in which News and Events posts are presented: in News posts are sorted by date, from the most recent to the ones further in the past; in Events, the posts, usually carrying dates in the future, are sorted in ascending order, from the most recent date to the date furthest in the future. The product brand posts, mainly containing addresses and links to the represented brands must also contain the brand logos (see current website)...perhaps a more elegant solution can be found to the current way of displaying logos? > The Contact page is more or less classical, containing addresses and the possibility of sending an enquiry via email. > The new website should be resilient. > Particular care should be taken to maintain the current minimalist design flavour and the colour scheme, which can be characterised as " a simple dove grey and white design with strong red accents". > Any creative idea is welcome if it helps to make the site more beautiful and improved in its design.
