Convert to a Wordpress website

We want the current simple website located at [login to view URL] to be converted into a wordpress website. It's currently written using PHP/[login to view URL] is link to a standalone blog hosted on wordpress.com. I require the whole website to be rebuilt with WordPress making it much more dynamic and allowing updates to the site to be performed by ourselves. I want the blog to be an integral part of the site. I would also like the ability to sell books directly from the site using an eCommerce plugin. The website should reflect a modern clean look and feel but does not need to exactly mirror the current design. Design A new design based on an off-the-shelf theme to reflect a professional contemporary web look. Help us choose appropriate one. Colours - We don't want the colour coding that's currently present, just a drop down menu to set-up and choose categories. Social Media and Sharing - Use a standard plugin to allow visitors to share an individual news story, page, or any specific content via Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, email, and others. These sharing links can be enabled or disabled on a per page or post basis. A feed from my Twitter account can be placed in a sidebar on the side. Content - All the current content from the existing site should be transferred to the new site. Any existing URLs will be redirected to their equivalent on the new site so that there will be no impact on search engine ranking or any existing external links. eCommerce - Install and configure the eShop eCommerce plugin, and add the published books as products for sale. Contact Form - Provide a contact form to allow site visitors to contact us via email with spam filters (captcha as currently exists). Security and Speed - Install standard security and caching plugins to increase the security of the site and to ensure good response times for visitors to the site. SEO and Statistics - Build the site ready to use all the industry standard SEO recommended practices. Install standard statistics tracking (including support for Google Analytics) to track visitors, and allowing sophisticated goal setting and tracking. Staging Site and Launch - In order for us to approve the site before launching for public view, upload to a test site initially, before we approve to make it go live.
