Dear Freelancer, We are looking for experienced developers that have worked on similar projects before. The website where users can post classified ads with the option having it featured on front page for a fee. The website should be well designed and have a robust database. Users can also open stores (technically its a subdomain) and can have the ability to edit its content using predefined templates. All users are shared between top website and subdomains. For serious developers only, I can answer all your questions and explain the concept in more detail.
