Changes to Magento site

The development site is here: [login to view URL] I need to make some changes to make it look like this image:[login to view URL] Here are the specific changes: 1 - In the main slideshow move the text of all the slides to the left a little bit, about 30 pixels, so that the text is more centered in between the images and the left arrow. 2 - Add a section under the main slideshow called "Video Testimonials" I will send you the video links on You Tube. When the videos are clicked on they should open in a light box like in this image: [login to view URL] It should be easy to add or remove videos from the admin section of the site. 3 - Add images into the two boxes which now say "471 x 174px" The images can be taken directly from the example page. I can send them if you aren't able to extract them. 4 - Create a new menu at the bottom with Our Offers, Shipping Info, Your Account and Roche Leather like on the example. Please add the links, but they don't have to go anywhere, just use <a href="#">page name here</a> 5 - Add the credit card icons to the bottom right 6 - Add the phone number 1-800-762-4390 to the bottom right above the newsletter sign up field. 7 - Change the bottom left copyright info to match the example Please let me know if there are any questions about the project.
