Change X-Cart Design

The goal is to install a new skin on our existing X-Cart installation. The files for the new design are attached although there are a couple of minor changes which need to be made which are not visible in the attached files. A couple things you will need to know are: 1) The top menu in the image (in the red bar) is a dropdown menu. One of the menu items has 97 sub-menus so this must be catered for in terms of font etc. 2) The main titan seeds banner as well as the links immediately to the left (feminised, regular etc) form one single banner whose images rotate at a preset interval. 3) It needs a "cookies" warning which appears at the top of the page when the visitor first comes to the site. 4) On the product details page, the pricing displayed is per membership level. 5) On the same page, the properties at the bottom of the page is html which has been inserted into the description field. The functionality has been written so that we can insert one of the extra fields by inserting {{EXTRA-FIELD-NAME}} into the description and this value will be pulled into the display. This functionality is already on the site so it needs to be taken into account when putting in the new skin. Other than the site layout there is another hidden part which needs to be done and this has to do with promoting the site and changes peoples membership levels. 1) When a person registers on the site he must have the option of entering his cell phone number and email address and agree to allow us to send specials once a week. the site must send both a verification email AND a text message via phone with a randomly generated 4 digit number which the person must enter to confirm that the phone belongs to him. Once this has been done this visitor will automatically receive a 5% discount on all orders but will not change membership level. The site needs to be put together in the form of a multi-level marketing business model based on the number of people which the member introduces to the site which actually spend a certain amount. An example of this is as follows: In order for a member to gain "Bronze" status a member must have introduced at least 2 people to the site that have at least made a purchase of £50 or more (The member should also have made at least a £50 purchase). To get to "Silver" the member should have introduced at least 4 people (including the first 2) who have spent at least £50 AND 2 of those members must be bronze members. To get to "Gold" the member must have spent at least £100 over the last 6 months AND have at least 2 bronze members and one silver member. We do not want to work in the same way as normal affiliate programs which put up a banner with a link. We want the members to know each other personally. In order for them to invite somebody they must send a an through the website. The person receiving the email has the choice of clicking on the link or registering on the site with the same email address that the invitation was sent to. We also want the member to be able to see (in a pictural form) the number and types of members they have under them. Any questions please ask before the time.
