Build simple website from photoshop design file

Create a website based on the enclosed design. Basic website is a two frame design (header w/ nav and a bottom frame with content) Content template will include footer frame. (So its basically a two frame with the content containing another two frame page) Website should look exactly like image file supplied (same fonts, same placement) We mostly used Helvetica light Website should include: Navigation bar that is configurable a image slideshow with fading on the front page (see supplied images) raised text boxes with formatted text (blue boxes near the bottom of image) a text box that scrolls messages from a flat file Feedback page has comments at the top read from a file and a place for a client to respond at the bottom. Response sends an email to a page that is a gallery for clients pets a template page that allows easy configuration of user response questions that send an email when submitted. Standards: All style and formatting information should be contained in a central css Delivery will be ready made to “drop in” to web server
