Home loan calculator with yearwise/ monthwise re-payment schedule. Calculator will also have option of changing EMI or interest rate during the loan period which will make it unique. It will also have a chart to show the total principal and repayment schedule.

We have got some mock pages made by someone but they do not seem to be attractive (plese see attachment).

You may develop a running page or may do backward coding of formulas as well.

Our calculator will have feature to reflect change in interest rate, change in EMI or pre-payment of amounts on total loan repayment . For this year wise table will have three additional columns as compared to table given in emicalculator.net.

We have got some template designed by someone which are attached for reference .

• Compare loans (in this three calculators will be given side by side to know the total interest outgo for three different interest rates)
