We ""think"" we want WORDPRESS HTML5 possible custom or paid for template for a guest-home, tourist rental..
Guests must be able to view calendar for availabilities and book for so many guests in their group. It is simple as there is only one guest-home and the only variable is the amount of guests in their group/party and the dates and the time of year, as the high season the rates are higher. Example. for the first two people the price is $195 USD per night (low season), each additional guest over and above the first two ADD $25 each per each night.
Maximum of maybe 12 guests allowed in the property. HIGH season; per couple per night price jumps to $600 USD per night with each guest above this may be $45 per night for example. Payment options must be; PayPal, BTC, LTC, DRK. (COIN payments offer 5% reduction in prices as an incentive to avoid using PayPal)
The site should have; slider, banner, booking/calendar section, tourist info and links, forum, comments, live-real-time currency converter to include USD/EUR/CAD/POUNDS/COP and LTC/BT/DR, Google-Maps & Street View, Google translator for all applications and chat window. Ability to chat live with us the hosts using a chat or off-line chat "leave a message" window, possible future ability to watch real-time streaming IP Cam from the roof top of the property. WE have already got prepared; photos, banner, header, (EXCEPT- We want a banner or header which shows our 'blurb--slogan' switching back and forth either in the background of intermittently when each page of the site is first viewed, so maybe a light-box style pop-up or we are open to better suggestions) Our corporate logo is already completed as this will be provided by us. Want videos (currently YouTube) but may want also in FLASH or HTML5.. Site must be lite, quick, mobile, iPhone friendly and allow booking thru any and all devices with total ease. Generous use of photo galleries or flash slide shows throughout site.
Expect the site to be ready in under 90 days, time is not a huge factor.
PLEASE view files in .rar which are our; banner, logo, favicons, header, etc. art image files which must be incorporated into all areas of the new site.
