AutoRefreshing Webpage editable for RSS Feeds from another server

Project required , for a future development for referance, we need to utilise the 90 RSS feeds from [login to view URL] and make the data searchable on another server for web and mobile application use in the future. Mainly so the traffic from the web/mobile applications don't search from the orginial source. This is to be hosted on windows servers and we can upload data files as soon as you want to test etc The data needs to be automatically refreshable every 15 or 20 mins upon the webpage. I imagine the data be displayed in a matrix similar to the Excel sheet screenshot attached, as all the currencies are listed down and across, and the data is placed in a 90 x 90 grid , however you may have your own ideas to present the data. However the file needs to be editable by ourselves in the future, so we can add styles names and logos etc There is no timescale for this project, it is not urgent, however no projects will be awarded until the time of bidding for it has elapsed. Total milestone will not be released until project completion , transfer and testing, we don't mind spitting, depending on evidence from screenshots
